Name parameter does not make it bold

When applied the first name parameter seems to create a heading with a ' leading the name and the name not in bold. To make it work properly I found I had to add to each side of the name as if I were trying to put it in italics.--Doug.^{(talk • contribs)} 15:01, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
