Optional nominees[edit]

Please make the nominees fields optional. They seem to not be relevant until the convention performs the nomination. -- SEWilco (talk) 23:35, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

please make thinner[edit]

This box takes up a lot of real estate. Can someone please make it thinner? Kingturtle (talk) 12:04, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nominees before, candidates after[edit]

You have it mixed up; they are nominees before chosen and candidates after, not nominees and with "other candidates". Can someone change it before I screw it up?? CarolMooreDC 04:55, 7 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Add lines for presumptive nominees[edit]

In light of the current consensus that presumptive nominees should be included in the infobox, I tried to add a line for "presumptive presidential_nominee" and one for "presumptive vice presidential nominee", but could not get it to format correctly (The infobox in the R & D convention articles was showing "Presumptive Vice_Presidential" where it should have been showing "Dates" of convention). Yes, I edited the documention page first, but obviously did something wrong. I thought this modification would give greater clarity to the reader and a more encyclopedic appearance to the box, as opposed to the current method of adding "presumptive" in parentheses. Does anyone know how to make this change without screwing up the infobox?--JayJasper (talk) 17:38, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
