[edit] "In dispute"
Is it correct to say "in dispute" under President and Prime Minister in the infobox? Yes, it is legally disputed, but I think Wikipedia should simply state the facts on the ground, and right now Gbagbo is the one who controls the capital and the largest city. It is not, in fact, clear that Ouattara is effectively wielding any authority outside of the Golf Hotel. Everyking (talk) 18:50, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
- Wikipedia should retain a neutral point of view and not take sides, so is biased to name either Gbagbo or Ouattara as president. Until the situation stabilises, we should say that the presidency (and prime ministership) is disputed, either simply as "in dispute" or "in dispute between Laurent Gbagbo and Alassane Ouattara".
