Category[edit]

As some of the topics in the infobox are only related to mainland China, while some are related to the entire PRC, category cannot be added to articles simply by the template, but on a case-by-case basis. — Instantnood 03:49, Mar 29, 2005 (UTC)

I'm sorry, what? There is a political country named mainland China that has political parties? SchmuckyTheCat 03:51, 29 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Name change[edit]

Could the name of this template be changed to Government of the People's Republic of China? That is the usual way the governmental structure of other countries is designated. Fred Bauder 14:01, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

Recent edit warring[edit]

We really should not be using a sandbox template, {{Politics box/sandbox}}, in a live template. This was corrected now three times, with the changes reverted twice by the same user citing "It is not accepted and the feedback is too negative" and "Look at the overwhelming negative reaction to it. That is the reason why". Where is this negative feedback and reaction? There is no discussion here on the talk page in the past six years. I would hate to have to fully protect this template, but if there is just edit warring with no discussion, that is going to happen. Thanks! Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 00:44, 4 November 2012 (UTC)

Look Pastikspork just look at the reactions to your edits they are in red and they show that the majority here do not support you on your position. What is wrong with the sandbox template, they look all fine to me and I like it very much. I don't know why you defend it. That is why I am going to continue to edit this page and undo your own edits. Just revert your edits now or I will do it. Palestine194 talk 8:06, 4 November 2012 (UTC)

what are you talking about? do you mean the fact that the diff shows (-1,661)? This means that more text was removed than was added. it has nothing to do with voting or if a majority here support a position. please read Help:Page history before making any more edits to Wikipedia.
