New template [edit]
To reduce redlinks, i think its better to create a List of power stations in xxx for each country. And if the country has only one technology-specific power plant list (ie. List of nuclear power stations in xxx), to redirect it to List of power stations in xxx. Or, vice versa, if the List of power stations in xxx have very few to display, and the country has a large List of [technology specific] power stations in xxx, then to at least create a redirect.
