New format[edit]

I've edited this template to a collapsible navbox format. These "Opera by Composer" templates were designed for readers to navigate between operas by the same composer. They are not infoboxes. A copy of the old template is in the history. See: WikiProject Opera [1](talk) 17:36, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Jesus[edit]

What about his opera Jesus? Did he never begin that one at all? Varlaam (talk) 17:15, 1 August 2011 (UTC)

According to List of works for the stage by Wagner, he never wrote any music for it. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 05:16, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
Thank you.
But according to that page, he did a draft of the libretto.
Is it any good? Is it alliterative? (Probably.)
If we are already looking seriously at his uncompleted works ...

I have no idea about the state & quality of the libretto, and I have no intention of finding out. (IMO, the less is written about Wagner' librettos, the better. His alliterations make me burst into uncontrolled guffawing.) -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 03:29, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
