changes to this welcome template[edit]

Is there anyway that we can change this template make it look less threatening, and more like a welcome? Say like changing the coloring? Boomer Vial^Holla 20:47, 16 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Background color[edit]

If nobody objects, I'm going to go ahead and change the background of this template to the standard white.
