[edit] Broken importance code?

The template appears to break when the importance variable is missing or left blank. Unfortunately I am not familiar enough with if and switch codes to work out where the problem is. Can someone else take a look please? The current output from the template can be seen below. Road Wizard (talk) 20:15, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
