The Texas A&M–Corpus Christi Islanders is the basketball team that represent Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in Corpus Christi, Texas, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Southland Conference. The team last played in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament in 2007. The Islanders are currently coached by Willis Wilson. The school's first season of basketball was 1999-2000.

On March 11, 2007, the Islanders beat Northwestern State University 81-78 to win the Southland Conference tournament. With the win, the school earned its first bid to the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament. As a #15 seed, the Islanders lost their opening-round matchup to No. 2 seed Wisconsin, 76-63, after jumping out to a 10-0 lead and then 25-7 lead.
The Islanders have appeared in one NCAA Tournament. Their combined record is 0-1.
