The Bill Gaither Trio sometimes simply the Gaither Trio was a multi-award-winning gospel group, last consisting of Bill, his wife Gloria Gaither, and longtime friend and baritone, Gary McSpadden. Among the honors of the group, include 2 Grammy's and 10 Songwriter of the Year awards.[1] The group was inducted into the Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame in 1999.[2] They were also nicknamed the masters of gospel "feel-good music".[1]

The original Bill Gaither Trio line-up consisted of Bill, his brother Danny, and sister Mary Ann. Gloria Gaither later replaced Mary Ann.[2]
