The Call is a series of prayer meetings led by Lou Engle and other Christian leaders, focusing on a united Christian church fasting and praying for spiritual breakthrough in America.[1]

- September 2, 2000 (Washington, D.C.) - Estimated 400,000[citation needed] gathered for fasting and prayer.
- July 7, 2007 Nashville, Tennessee - Estimated 70,000 gathered for fasting and prayer.
- January 12, 2008 Cincinnati, Ohio - Estimated 8,500 gathered for fasting and prayer.
- April 6, 2008 Montgomery, Alabama -- An estimated 20,000 people gathered to fast and pray. [2]
- August 16, 2008 - Estimated 70,000 met on The Mall for fasting and prayer in Washington DC [3]
- November 1, 2008 - A fasting and prayer rally at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, three days before national and state elections.[4][5]
