The Conference Group (TCG) is a privately held tier one global provider of conferencing and collaboration services.[1] Its solutions include audio conferencing (conference calling), web conferencing, and video conferencing. The Conference Group services a global customer base ranging from small business to Fortune 100 companies.[2]

History[edit]

The Conference Group was founded in June 1999 with a headquarters located in Newark, Delaware. They supplied teleconferencing solutions that connected two or more callers into a distinct conference call based on a unique passcode. In 2001 they started offering reservationless conference calling, followed by ReadyShow web conferencing in 2004, and video conferencing in 2008.[3]

Audio Conferencing[edit]

The Conference Group offers a variety of teleconferencing solutions such as Reservationless and Event conferencing. The company also offers features to supplement audio conference calls, including international toll-free access numbers, dedicated operators and record and playback capabilities.

Video Conferencing[edit]

In addition to audio conferencing, the Conference Group offers high-definition (HD) Vidyo™ and MegaMeeting® video conferencing.

Web Conferencing[edit]

The Conference Group provides web conferencing solutions in the form of LotusLive™ Meeting and LotusLive™ Meeting Events.
