The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book: Everything You Need to Know to Put Your EQ to Work is a book by authors and consultants Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves. It describes Daniel Goleman's model of emotional intelligence and offer suggestions on how to apply it at work and home. The book was originally published by Fireside in 2003 and contains an online "Emotional Intelligence Appraisal" for readers to discover their own emotional intelligence level. It has been on the amazon best-seller list[1] and has sold over 300,000 copies, been translated into 25 languages, is available in 150 countries[citation needed].
