The Forum Newsweekly is a weekly newspaper published every Wednesday in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana. The news-magazine is also known as Forum, Forum Magazine and The Forum.

The Forum Newsweekly is owned and published by Venture Publishing of Shreveport. The Forum began publication by its current owner Jay Covington, originally of East Texas, in 1988.

The newsmagazine is distributed in Caddo, Bossier, De Soto, Webster, Claiborne and Red River parishes in northwest Louisiana. It is also distributed in Harrison, Marion and Gregg counties in east Texas.

In 2006 a lifestyles publication, CityLife Magazine, was added. The monthly publication has a circulation of 16,000.

The Forum covers Ark-La-Tex news, politics, views, arts and entertainment. The magazine includes seasoned journalists such as Lou Gehrig Burnett, Chuck Fellers, Marty Carlson, Oliver North and syndicated journalist Molly Ivins (until her death in 2007), with Jeremy Alford as a state correspondent.
