The High Life is a DVD released by the ska punk band [spunge] on March 21, 2005. The High Life (made with the help of Goblin Pictures) features interviews, backstage footage, all of the band's music videos, photo galleries, live show footage and more. A very funny mockumentary. The DVD is distributed by Plastichead Distribution and released on the band's own record label, Dent'All Records.
