The Magician's Oath is a Big Finish Productions audiobook based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who.

The Companion Chronicles "talking books" are each narrated by one of the Doctor's companions and feature a second, guest-star voice along with music and sound effects.

Plot[edit]

The Third Doctor is asked to look into an incident in Hyde Park, where dozens of people are frozen to death on the hottest day of July. Captain Mike Yates and Jo Grant think it has something to do with a mysterious magician named Diamond Jack.

Cast[edit]

Continuity[edit]

  • Yates mentions that UNIT does not mean the same thing anymore, a reference to their name change from United Nations Intelligence Taskforce to UNified Intelligence Taskforce, first revealed in The Sontaran Stratagem/The Poison Sky.
