The Regatta is a 44-story high-rise designed by DeStefano + Partners and developed by Magellan Development Group. Completed in 2006, The Regatta is located at 420 E. Waterside Drive in the Lakeshore East area of Chicago. The tower's dual elliptical glass curtain walls were designed to reflect the surrounding blues of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.[1]
