The Ron Coote Cup is an annual Rugby league football match played between National Rugby League clubs Sydney Roosters and South Sydney Rabbitohs since 2007. It is named after Australian Rugby League Hall of Fame inductee and former Rabbitohs and Roosters premiership winner, Ron Coote. Coote won premierships with the Rabbitohs in 1967, 1968, 1970, & 1971, & again with the Roosters in 1974 & 1975.

The Cup's inauguration in 2007 coincided with the game's 100th Centenary season in Australia.
