UAV Corporation, more commonly known as UAV Entertainment, was an entertainment company founded in 1984 as a small local company located in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Its headquarters would later relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.

On June 14, 2006, UAV filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, laying off 172 employees, claiming payroll funding had been cut. A week later, the total number of layoffs had increased to 293 employees.

A class action lawsuit was filed by former employees against UAV seeking 60 days pay and unpaid benefits. The lawsuit claimed UAV did not give advance warning of the layoffs, as is required by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, also called the WARN Act. UAV claimed that it was not required to give a 60 day notification in advance of the layoff because the WARN Act excuses layoffs due to unforeseen business circumstances.

As of 2011, most of UAV's library is with companies like Lionsgate and Phase 4 Films.

Most of the products produced by UAV Entertainment are VHS and DVD videos of movies, cartoons and TV shows that are in the public domain, as well as some music entertainment. They also distributed original animated fairy tale adaptations, often released around the time of more popular and widely known theatrical releases by Disney or other major studios. Notable releases were a Canadian 1993 remake of Osamu Tezuka's Kimba the White Lion, The Secret of the Hunchback, The Secret of Anastasia, Young Pocahontas, The Secret of Mulan, and Moses: Egypt's Great Prince.
