Yoshitsune Eiyuuden: The Story of Hero Yoshitsune is a video game series based on the legendary elite samurai, Minamoto no Yoshitsune of the Minamoto family. From Software released this game exclusively to the PlayStation 2 video game console. It is only released in Japan.

Within this game, you will have a 3rd person view of your surrounding area in a real-time strategic setting, similar to Koei's Dynasty Warriors. There are many stages in which you are to guide your troops safely across the battlefield while personally taking action to protect them at all costs.
