The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir Finale, also referred to as The Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale, was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on December 13 2008.[1] Featured were the finals from The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs Team Mir in both the Lightweight and Light Heavyweight divisions.

Lawlor defeated Kingsbury via unanimous decision (29–28, 29–28, 29–28)
Marshall defeated Bruchez via submission (rear naked choke) at 1:27 of round 1. This bout aired on the Spike broadcast following the Browning vs. Kaplan bout.

Gouveia defeated MacDonald via submission (strikes) at 2:18 of round 1.
  • Wilson Gouveia officially weighed in at 189lbs, failing to meet the requirements of the 185lb weight class. The match was still held, but Gouveia forfeited 20% of his earnings to Jason MacDonald.[2]
Johnson defeated Burns via KO (head kick) at 0:28 of round 3
Bader defeated Magalhães via TKO (punches) at 2:18 of round 1[3] to become the Season 8 Light Heavyweight winner of The Ultimate Fighter.
Escudero defeated Nover via unanimous decision (29–28, 29–28, 29–28) to become the Season 8 Lightweight winner of The Ultimate Fighter.
