The Yukon Lumberjacks were a professional wrestling tag team which wrestled in World Wide Wrestling Federation in 1978, consisting of Eric and Pierre.[2]

History[edit]

Eric and Pierre joined World Wide Wrestling Federation in 1978. They were managed by Captain Lou Albano, who called them The Yukon Lumberjacks.

WWWF Tag Team Championship[edit]

On June 26, 1978, the Yukon Lumberjacks defeated Dino Bravo and Dominic De Nucci in New York City to win the WWWF Tag Team Championship. They were heel champions.

They went on to defend the title against several tag teams. On November 21, they lost it to Tony Garea and Larry Zbyszko, and disbanded.
