This Is the Remix is a remix album by Jessica Simpson, released on July 2, 2002 by Columbia Records. The album consists of seven remixes of four of Simpson's singles, by DJs such as Peter Rauhofer and Hex Hector. The music was influenced by various genres of electronic music, such as ambient and techno. This Is the Remix didn't included any new song.

The album was sold at budget price and charted at number eighteen on Billboard's Top Electronic Albums Chart. A promotional digitally remastered millennium edition in Tri-fold digipack packaging was also released.[1] This remix compilation was released to increase record sales for Jessica and to help promote her moderately successful album "Irresistible". However, the remix compilation sold only 60,000 copies in the U.S. and 300,000 copies worldwide.
