List of Thomas & Friends episodes

Thomas & Friends (previously known as Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends) is a children's television series about the engines and other characters working on the railways of the Island of Sodor, and is based on The Railway Series books written by the Rev. W. Awdry.

This article lists and details episodes from the eleventh series of this show, which was first broadcast in 2007. This series was narrated by Michael Angelis for the UK audiences, although Michael Brandon narrates the episodes for the US audiences.

Starting in this Series, the theme song is sung by the kids from the "Thomas and Friends" suite.

Most episodes in this series have two titles: the original titles from the UK broadcasts are shown on top, while the American-adapted titles are shown underneath.

This was Christopher Skala's first series as executive producer.

This is the last Series to be distributed by CPTV (the 1st few episodes, while the rest and future Series are distributed by Thirteen WNET-New York). This was also the very last Thomas series to have Grandma Rose's Voice of Played Elizabeth before she died in March 29, 2008.

Production[edit]

Series 11 is the first in the Series to be filmed in high-definition television format. The broadcast version only included 20 episodes, with six further episodes focusing on the narrow gauge engines on the Skarloey Railway released on DVD as Engines and Escapades. This is also the last season that uses models instead of CGI (Computer-generated imagery). Executive producer Jocelyn Stevenson had stepped down after four series and was replaced by Christopher Skala.
