Thurman is a neighborhood east of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Once a rural unincorporated town in Milan Township, Allen County, Indiana, part of the area was incorporated into Fort Wayne on March 31, 2008 as part of the Schwartz Road Voluntary Annexation. [2]
