Tidningarnas Telegrambyrå (TT) – The Newspapers' Telegram Bureau – is a Swedish news agency, the largest in Scandinavia, owned jointly by the country's newspapers and the media groups behind them. TT's services are used as the exclusive source of national news by many local media outlets. TT also produces daily radio news programmes.
As of 2008, according to the company website,[2] the agency employs around 140 journalists in its main news-gathering and reporting activities, with a further 40 working on its specialist features subsidiary, TT Spektra.
In February 2006 it was discovered that someone from TT's headquarters had tried to censor the Swedish Wikipedia's article about TT by repeatedly removing negative information.[3]
