Time to Say Goodbye, known as Timeless in Europe, is Sarah Brightman's most popular album, released in 1997. (In the European edition, the song "Time to Say Goodbye" goes before the encore tracks). The SACD 5.1 version released by EMI is entitled Time to Say Goodbye and follows the American track listing. Time to Say Goodbye went gold or platinum in 21 countries and topped the Billboard Classical Crossover chart in the U.S. for 35 weeks. The album has sold 1.4 million copies in the U.S.[2]

This album peaked at #71 on the Billboard Top 200 albums, and peaked at number-one on the Billboard Top Classical Crossover Albums. On the Billboard Classical charts, it stayed at the peak for thirty-five consecutive weeks.[3]
