Times Square Studios is the daytime television arm of the ABC Entertainment Group, itself a division of the Disney-ABC Television Group. It is named after the facilities of the same name.

Times Square Studios was created in December 2011 to oversee operations of ABC Daytime programming block as well as the daytime syndication programs distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television, with the exception of Live! with Kelly which remains under the umbrella of the ABC Owned Television Stations division.[1][2][3][4]
