Tirana e Re

Tirana e Re (English: New Tirana) is a neighbourhood of Tirana, Albania and is part of Tirana 5.^[1] It is located west of the central boulevard. Part of this neighbourhood is the area known as "Ish-Blloku" (a term that is commonly used to identify the former Block of Residences of the Albanian Communist Party leaders). This neighbourhood is one of the most modern parts of Tirana. It is distinguished by the many coffee-houses, bars, restaurants, etc.
