Tobin Buttram

Tobin Buttram is an American guitarist, composer, and game audio director[1], currently at Valve Software.
He has toured, recorded, and composed with Robert Fripp and The League of Crafty Guitarists[2], and contributed and/or directed audio for such games as Monolith's No One Lives Forever, Microsoft's Combat Flight Sim series, the MechAssault series on Xbox, the FASA Studio adaptation of Shadowrun on the Xbox360 and Windows Vista platforms, Valve's Left4Dead and most recently on Portal 2.
Recordings with Robert Fripp and The League of Crafty Guitarists include Show of Hands (Editions EG), Live in Europe (DGM), and most recently the Inner Knot compilation, The Plague of Crafty Gutarists. Publications include DirectX 9 - Audio Exposed.
