Tollab "طلاب" is the Lebanese Students' Federation in Montreal. It has been launched in a ceremony that took place in March 2008. The federation is the biggest of its kind for Lebanese students as it includes more than 1500 members enrolled in the biggest five universities in Montreal (McGill, Concordia, École Polytechnique, Université de Montreal & UQAM).


Objectives:
Tollab aims at helping Lebanese students integrate into the local society by providing them with services & organizing cultural & social events. Services include scholarships, through the scholarship program CAFEL, student discount card (T+), job fairs & information sessions by big companies. Cultural & social events include an annual Gala, annual Lebanese Festival & Rallye Papers.

On December 31, 2008, a group from Tollab met the Lebanese president Michel Suleiman in Baabda, Lebanon where they gave him an overview of their projects & got his full support.


On June 20, 2009, Tollab broke the world record for the largest dabke (Lebanese folkloric dance) chain in the world during the annual Lebanese festival, with more than 4000 participants & entered the Guinness world Book of Records in the presence of an official adjudicator from Guinness offices.
