Thomas Smith (born 14 December 1985 in Bristol, England) is a Welsh rugby union footballer, who has captained the Wales Under 21 Rugby Team. He was educated at Central Junior School and Dyffryn Comprehensive School, Port Talbot.[citation needed]. He plays his club rugby for Neath and he is also part of the Ospreys Academy Team.
He made his debut for the Ospreys as a replacement against Connacht in February 2007.
He is currently studying medicine at Cardiff University.
