Tomáš Fleischmann (born May 16, 1984) is a Czech professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Originally drafted in 2002 by the Detroit Red Wings, Fleischmann was traded to the Washington Capitals in 2004 in a deal that brought Robert Lang to Detroit.

On March 18, 2007, Fleischmann recorded the first multi-point game of his career. Fleischmann recorded the first two goals of the game in the first period against the Tampa Bay Lightning. He finished the game with two goals and two assists, while being named the game's second star.
