Tomato Torrent is a BitTorrent client for computers running Apple Computer's Mac OS X operating system.[2][3][4][5] Tomato Torrent is currently built on the 4.2 branch of the original BitTorrent client,[6][7] with the program structured to separate the BitTorrent code from the Macintosh code.[8] The program currently requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher,[9] but previous beta versions are available for Mac OS X 10.2 and 10.3.[7]
