Tōmi (東御市 Tōmi-shi) is a city located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
The city was founded on April 1, 2004, when the village of Kitamimaki from Kitasaku District and the town of Tōbu from Chiisagata District merged to form a new city.
As of December 1, 2005, the city has an estimated population of 32,185 and a density of 287 persons per km². The total area is 112.30 km².
