Confirming this in 2005, the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology ranked Tonkin Corporation as Australia's 110th fastest growing company and the Business Review Weekly further recognised Tonkin Corporation as Australia's 21st largest start-up.[2] In 2009, the Group returned to the Business Review Weekly Fast 100 List, ranked Australia's 47th fastest growing company.[3] Most recently, the Business Review Weekly recognised the Group as Australia's 26th fastest growing company on the 2010 BRW Fast 100 List.
