"Toothpaste Kisses" is the name of a track from The Maccabees album Colour It In. Released on 7 January 2008. It is the fourth track released from the album and sixth single released overall. The Maccabees official website features a plea for a couple who have been married forty years or more and have kept many of their photographs to star in the music video for "Toothpaste Kisses".[1] On the 28 August, the single appeared on Steve Lamacq's BBC6 Music track listing. .[2] The track was played 12 September on Jo Whiley's BBC Radio 1 show.[3]
The song featured in the advertisement for the Samsung SGH-G800 and also featured in the film Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging.
