Tarman (Persian: ترمان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Lamerd County, Fars province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 616 in 127 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 592 people in 155 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 657 people in 192 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
