Trần Văn Thời is a rural district (huyện) of Cà Mau Province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 191,718. The district covers an area of 700 km². The district capital lies at Trần Văn Thời.
The Ông Đốc river flows through the district into the see.
The main industries in the district are fisheries and agroforestry. This includes fisheries and aquaculture on the sea. Farm forestry is mainly growing grain and rice, and vegetables.
