The Perth 400 is a V8 Supercar event held annually at Barbagallo Raceway in Western Australia.

The event is staged over a three-day weekend (Friday-Sunday). Practice is held on Friday with two 10-minute qualifying sessions on Saturday, followed by two 100-kilometre races. The final 20-minute qualifying session and 200-kilometre race are held on Sunday. The winner of the event is determined by points accumulated over all three races.

In 2009, the round moved from its traditional early season round spot, to the 13th round of the championship.

After a break in 2010, the race returned in 2011 for the weekend of 30 April-2 May.
