Trafalgar Elementary School in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is an elementary school. The school opened in 1948. About 25% of its students are recent immigrants utilizing the school's English as a second language program[2]; some of these students are from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mainland China and South Korea.
It is located at 4170 Trafalgar Street near King Edward Avenue and Macdonald St. As of the school year 2010-2011, the school principal is Adèle Tremblay, and the vice principal is Tim Krug.
Classes begin daily at 9:00am (with a warning bell at 8:55 am) and end at 3:01pm; recess is from 10:30 - 10:45am and lunch break is from 12:15 - 1:00pm.
The Trafalgar Out of School Care Society (TOOSCS) has both part-time and full-time spaces available in all their programs.
