"Trying to Find a Balance" is a hip-hop single, released on October 28, 2003, on 12" vinyl by the group Atmosphere from the album Seven's Travels. The song was produced by Ant with additional guitar by Nate "the Guitar Man" Colis.
Slug has stated that this song is "the one I hate performing the most, but everybody loves it".[citation needed]
The song samples "The Mirror" by Spooky Tooth.
