Norio Tsuruta (鶴田法男) is a Japanese film director. He directed Borei Gakkyu (A Haunted School) (1996), Ring 0: Birthday (2000), Kakashi (Scarecrow) (2001) and Premonition (2004).
He also directed Dream Cruise for the Masters of Horror Showtime cable network series. It is based on the short story of the same name by Koji Suzuki from his short story anthology book Dark Water.
