Tunnel of Arrissoules

The Tunnel of Arissoules (French: Tunnel d'Arrissoules) is a motorway tunnel in Switzerland, near the village of Arrissoules, and forms part of the A1 motorway from Geneva to St. Margrethen.
The tunnel is 3 km long.
It lies in western Switzerland and crosses the cantons of Fribourg and Vaud.
It was opened around 2001.
