Syed Shah Turab-ul-Haq Qadri ( سید شاہ تراب الحق قادري ) is an Islamic scholar of the Barelvi school. Qadri was born in Hyderabad Deccan India (15 September 1944). His family moved to Pakistan following the Partition of India. Shah Sahab has written more than fifteen books and numerous published articles.

His father was Syed Shah Husain Qadri (RA), a member of the Syed family. His mother is a member of the Farooqui family. He migrated to Pakistan in 1951. Shah Sahib Kibla was fond of wrestling during his schooldays and was crowned Mr Karachi in 1961.[citation needed] Shah sahib became mureed of Huzoor Sarkar Mufti Azam Hind, younger son of Sarkar Ala Hazrat by post in 1962, and himself went to Bareli shareef in 1968. During his visit to Barali shareef he stayed at the residence of his highness Huzoor Sarkar Mufti Azam Hind for 13 days. Shah Sahab inherited his position in the silsila of the Tariqah Sufi order from Azam Mustafa Raza Noori. He now resides in Karachi, Pakistan.

He has served in various capacities in government including the education sector, and in parliament.
Shah Sahab is founder of religious schools and organizations, as well as a NGO to help Sunni Muslims.
Shah sahib qibla has recently granted his khilafat to his son Allama Syed Shah Abdul Haq Qadri noori. He has 8 children, with 5 daughters and 3 sons; one daughter died. He has 19 grandchildren Mashallah.
