Turning Point (Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy Studies) is an institute located in Dún Laoghaire, Ireland. The institute is a registered charity and offers a Graduate Diploma and Master of Science which are accredited by Dublin City University. The institute was founded in 1986 to assist the bereaved and ill and provide training and counselling services in a secular environment. It is one of the few such institutes in Ireland.
