Tywain Myles (born October 1, 1984 in Henderson, Texas) is an American football defensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Tarleton State.

Myles has also been a member of the Atlanta Falcons.

At Tarleton State, he was an outstanding player; accumulating 47 tackles (20 of which were solo), 10 tackles for a loss, six sacks, three forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery in his senior season.
