UFORM (short for UFO Research Midlands) is a UFO research organization founded in 1995 and based in Brierley Hill, West Midlands, UK. The group has around 80 active members who take part in regular "sky-watches" on Hartlebury Common near Stourport-on-Severn during the summer months which are organised by founding member Yvonne South and current chairman Steve Poole. The group previously promoted lectures on the subject of UFO's and similar related matters, however since 2008 have focused on investigation of the phenomena.

Monthly lecutures were usually held at locations in and around the Stourbridge area (The Mitre Public House and more recently The Royal Oak Public House) which focused in and around the subject area of ufology. UFORM have previously hosted nights with a wide variety of prominent speakers including Nick Pope, the late Georgina Bruni, Reverend Lionel Fanthorpe, Timothy Good (who attended the UFORM 10th anniversary seminar) and Walsall born Nick Redfern.

As well as obtaining and investigating local UFO reports, they have also expressed a strong interest in a famous local sighting at RAF Cosford in Shropshire which was reported in December 1963.

The group also hold an extensive library of ufology literature, audio and video for members use.
