Ueno (上野村 Ueno-mura?) is a village located in Tano District, Gunma, Japan.

As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 2,152 and a density of 11.83 persons per km². The total area is 181.86 km².

In Ueno there is a shrine, Irei-no-Sono, commemorating the Japan Airlines Flight 123 accident and containing the cremated unidentified remains of some of the victims.
