Uklanamandi is a city and a municipal committee in Hisar district in the Indian state of Haryana.

As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Uklanamandi had a population of 10,936. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Uklanamandi has an average literacy rate of 70%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 76%, and female literacy is 64%.
